I want to hear your story, your journey
It was not easy for me to make "My Journey" post yesterday. After years of hiding it in the shadows and trying to void it from my memory. In a way I feel a lift of weight gone. Then another part of me relived everything and I feel a tad distressed.
I have my own health and wellness business and my mission is to bring you to the state of mind where you have a support group. ( you can add on Facebook, body image support and changing lives)
I want to show those of you who struggle or been in my shoes, know that I overcame do much. And even to this day I find myself is times of struggle. But I look at my babies and choose them. Like I will over and over.
I don't want to see anyone feel the way I felt. It was something I'll always remember. I can't even imagine feeling that way today. My beautiful girls showed me what love is and how to love my body. I created something so beautiful and all these years I hated myself for not being perfect. But the times when I carried them I was indeed perfect.
Have you ever looked at yourself and wonder, what do people see in me? How dose my significant other find me attractive? Why did my cousin say I should be a model?
The list goes on. However, I know we all think this from time to time. And I find myself doing it way to much. I don't see what you see and one day I will. I will see myself for everything I am and that day will be so emotional because I'll have no worry, so self hate, I'll fully love and except myself for me.
My goal is to show you the ways of self love, self worth, and how to start a healthy journey. We will do it together and I can't wait to see how far we come.

My journey!
In 2007 I started struggling with my body image. I would get bullied a lot for being "fat". I would always wear big hoodies so no one could see my body. I felt so ashamed of my self because that is how everyone would make me sound. I had songs made about me, "I smell bacon, I smell pork, here comes Chrissy with a fork. Sound off one, two sound off three, four sound off she will eat some more.
Growing up I was always called chubby or fat but it didn't bother me as bad until I was going through puberty wanting a boy friend and wanting guys to like me, think I'm easy on the eyes. I was surrounded by friends who where clearly prettier and skinner then me, and everyone wants them. It was so saddening. For me. I would cry to my mother about everyday. Because I wanted attention.
In fall of 2007 I became ill with gastrointestinal issues. It came from eating meat that was not cooked properly. I would vomit every time I ate or drank because the opening to my stomach was severely inflamed. I missed a lot of school and started to lose weight.
After a few months of finally getting everything resolved I started to become accustomed to vomiting every time I ate. I did not see a problem with it. I was still losing some weight and I felt great. I could eat then get sick and there would be no problems.
A good friend of mine who was older then me came to me very concerned. She told me about BULIMIA. I of course had no idea what she was talking about. But I wanted to know more. That is when my obsession started! I found pro eating disorder sites helping people like me lose weight and embracing their "best friend " ED.
I then started to ignore food, or count my calories. I was happy and I didn't see any harm in doing what I was doing, plus I wouldn't have it for long. Just until I am the weight I wanted to be.
A lot of things happened in my life I had no control over. I trusted my disorder to help me through the hard times. I could control it....at least what I thought. I started to make a journal where I posted photos of my body pointing out every flaw, putting photos of girls I wanted to look like. I measured my body every inch of it everyday. I wouldn't eat until dinner and binge eat then get sick and eat again and keep doing it.
I went to out patient rehab and I hated it. I loved what I was doing . I saw no reason to stop. I went from 230lbs to 107 in about a year. I went from a size 13 to a size 2. I was so happy, but then so sad. It was all I thought about.
Eating and not eating gand then feeling guilt and depression. I was a mess. I didn't eat infront of people and I would hide my vomit around my room in bags so no one knew I was doing it. I was sick.
I then started to vomit blood. And that didn't stop me. I just stopped purging. But I still continued to starve myself and workout. I did this on and off till 2014. I found out I was pregnant and I needed to be nice to my body. It was hard. It really was but I pushed through and I've not done anything since.
I will never look at my body the same. I still see my sled differently then others and it's something I will get over in time.
That is why I am supporting health and wellness and apart of ItWorks! I want to help support others and also better myself.
My daughters saved my life and I will always be thankful for them.
I workout daily, clean eat, and take supplements. I am in recovery and it's something I never want to get messed up in ever again.
I am 156 pounds. And I embrace that. It's me, my body.
God made me to LOVE ME!

Coconut Oil
I wanted to go over what amazing things coconut oil can do for you. Not only can of use it as a butter substitute, but you can use it on your whole body!
Some of the stuff I've learned from research and my good friend is that coconut oil is great for the skin. It helps smoothe the appearance and get rid of acne, razor bumps, eczema. It helped my daughters with their yeast rashes! I tried so many creams and medicaided creams. I used the oil one day for all diaper changes and BAM!! It is gone and hasn't came back yet!
Another great thing I learned was a technique called "oil pulling". It's where you get a spoon full of the coconut oil and swish it around like mouth wash. You'll do this for about 5-10 minutes. Make sure you don't swallow any because it's pulling he toxins and other nasty stuff out! You'll then spit it out and see what's all been in there (gross)
It also helps with whitening teeth, covering cavities, and strengthing enamel!
I am sure there are 110 more things we can do with coconut oil!
But this is what I do with it!
I love it!

Why I do what I do!
Like I have said before. I have my own Health and Wellness Buisness that I am so proud of! I looked everywhere for a work from home job. I have two small girls and I believe my job is to stay at home with them during this stage of life.
However, we still need some extra income just so we can live a little! I found ItWorks and it had been only a blessinng. I have met so many amazing men and women who have he same goal at heart as myself. I am so proud of their success as well.
I am not rich my any means, this business does not promise a "get rich fast" scheme. We want to get as many people and families out of debt and have financial freedom. Bring parents home from Corporate America jobs and own their own time.
This business is just like any other business. You have to work for what you want. Nothing will just fall into your lap. Sorry to be blunt, however, if you go into this thinking negatively and that you don't have to "work" your not going to succeed.
My goal is to not only better my families life, but to also help others who need this the most. I want to see YOU happy and be able to no longer struggle. No one deserves to struggle. It's something I have been through most of my life and I would never wish that upon someone.
I also want to help others start their health journey, live a healthy life and be able to feel proud of themselves. To me that is so important that YOU love yourself for everything you are. I want to see that you complete your goals big or small.
If you have any questions or concerns about starting your own journeys by health or wealth please feel free to contact me!

My workout routine
Since I have two small girls, I know it's hard to get anything done for yourself! Let alone trying to workout and get that baby weight off.
I found that incorporating my babies into my daily work out makes it easy for me and fun for them!
I will do mommy and baby yoga
Have my oldest daughter sit on my stomach while I do crunches
Go for walks where I wear my youngest on me in a baby carrier and push my oldest in the stroller
We dance around the home to music
And just try to stay as active as possible!
My oldest can even do some yoga poses at 1 1/2 such a big girl!
